Rusty Holzer (Charles Rustin Holzer) is a real estate and investment professional, and a former Olympic equestrian. As Principal and Chairman of family-owned Worth Capital Holdings, Holzer manages significant real estate transactions and capital investments. He has been directly involved in deals in excess of $1 billion. In his work with the Resolution Trust Company, he has purchased a variety of non-performing loan packages.
